Well, if you don’t have one of those fancy gas grills you have to use some coal to make fire and to keep that fire you have to keep air flowing. If you and your friends like to go unprepared you’ll probably end using a disposable dish as a hand fan to keep the coal burning. Here’s a reenactment:
